If you are looking for short or long-term rentals in Greater London or nationwide, we have a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial throughout the country which will suit your needs. When you rent with us you will be dealing directly with the landlord. We take the responsibility of managing your home seriously, and we put you at the centre of everything we do. Our Tenant Charter sets out the services that are provided to ensure that all tenants are treated equally and they are provided with the best possible service. As a residential or commercial tenant, you will have all the protection in place that come with one of Britain’s premier private Landlord, and with a dedicated property manager we ensure a personal service from our Professional team.

We take our responsibilities to our tenants very seriously. We employ an in-house team of letting agents, building surveyors, lawyers, property managers and maintenance experts. With a on-site staff to answer questions during office hours, we are confident that renting a property from us will be an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

We are a professional Landlord, not an agent and have a vested interest in the maintenance and rental of the property. If you rent directly from us you will you will not have any fees with your upfront agreements.

We will endeavour to respond to and identify any maintenance issues within 24 hours of it being reported. However, if this is not possible then we will try to offer a timescale of works within a further 24 – 48 hours. We also endeavour to keep you updated and informed during the process of any issues.

We will keep all our properties, including the internal and external communal areas well maintained. Each of our properties have a dedicated member of staff who is readily available should you require any assistance or have any questions throughout the term of your tenancy.

The Most Expensive Street In London

It shouldn’t come as any surprise that the most expensive street in London is Kensington Palace Gardens. Known in the 19th century as Millionaire’s Row, this has, more recently, been updated to Billionaire’s Row and is home to the UK’s wealthy elite with residents including Roman Abramovich, Lakshmi Mittal, Tamara Eccleston and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (although Kensington Palace isn’t technically on the street, it does back onto it).
